Rules and Costs Determination for the new Conciliation and Arbitration Services
- The Minister for Commerce has now approved the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Conciliation Rules 2011 and the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Arbitration Rules 2011. These Rules will be in effect from 1 December 2011 to support the new arrangements for workers' compensation disputes in Western Australia. The new arrangements consist of separate Conciliation and Arbitration Services.
