WorkSafe’s new panel of agents

WorkSafe Victoria’s chief executive, Greg Tweedly’s announcement follows a comprehensive expression-of-interest and tender process which began in July last year.

The agreement will be part of a package aimed at further improving services to Victorian employers & injured workers while ensuring scheme viability, according to the company.

The panel compromises of:

Cambridge Integrated Services Victoria Pty Ltd trading as Xchanging (Xchanging)
CGU Workers Compensation (Vic) Limited (CGU)
Gallagher Bassett Services Workers Compensation Vic Pty Ltd (GBS)
QBE Workers Compensation (Vic) Limited (QBE)
Agents manage WorkSafe Injury Insurance policies and workers’ compensation claims and provide guidance to employers and injured workers, including how to achieve a safe return to work.
